She performed at the Floodwater Comedy Festival in Iowa City, Iowa, in April and has big plans for the next year. Bob Beach is one of the best comedians in Utica, N.Y. He started doing improv at the Uptown Theatre in 2018 and began stand-up pretty soon after that. He's able to do that while working on his PhD dissertation on cannabis usage between World War I and World War II, something we all think about on a daily basis.
