The Enrollment Insights podcast is a 20-40 minute conversation released twice monthly. Most enrollment management and marketing podcasts interview leaders and we hear about what they’ve done. I’m more interested with novel solutions to problems, or ways to make processes better for students. I’m curious about the questions that spark internal reflection and end up changing entire processes. Conversations will include those in and out of enrollment management and marketing as well as with those outside of education entirely.

To summarize: I want to talk about the tangents: ideas that seem outside of current feasibility and spark new ways of looking at data and strategy development.

Getting More Reviews in Time for Niche School Rankings - AudioCast

This is a recording of a Niche webinar from 5/9/24.

Your school is pretty amazing, but do prospective families know that?

And more importantly…how can you get them to believe that?

Parents care more about what other parents have to say than what your ads do. As a matter of fact, 70% of parents would remove a school from consideration due poor reviews of the lack thereof.

In this webinar, we took a look at tried-and-true strategies for getting more reviews (before Niche rankings are calculated!) and using them throughout your admissions season, including:
    - Why reviews matter to parents and how they affect your ranks and presence on Niche
    - The playbook for choosing when, who, and how to ask for reviews
    - The benefits of focusing on a single platform — and how to choose the one that works best for your school
    - Best practices for using your current reviews to drive enrollment and retention

There are five primary attribution models when it comes to evaluating your inquiry and prospects.
