A guided practice called 'Cleaning' to remove the day's mental and emotional heaviness, to purify oneself, and be open to experience the light within.

Heartfulness Prayer
Heartfulness Prayer enables us to humbly connect ourselves with the Source, allowing us to remain receptive to its impulses. The guided meditation can be done at bed-time before going to sleep, and before the morning meditation. Thus, through Heartfulness Prayer, we begin and end the day while being ever-connected with the Source. This Heartfulness guided prayer helps us attain positive thinking and live a meaningful life.
