Totally authentic
I listened to the first podcast with the superintendent. I’ve known him since he was an intern to be a teacher in this county. His story was as if he was reading his journal. He truly lives by the code that he described in the podcast. His communication skills have rallied our community and staff during the most difficult of times. His code of conduct is consistent and true. He has built trust in the community and our students are the beneficiaries because they experience a learning environment where people deeply care from top management down and it shows.
