Boris Boubacar Diop est l’auteur du roman Murambi, le livre des ossements, un roman désormais classique pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent aborder l’histoire du génocide contre les Tutsi via une narration romancée et respectueuse.
Parallèlement à une œuvre de fiction réputée particulièrement exigeante, Diop conduit une réflexion sans concession sur les problèmes du continent africain et sur les grandes questions de notre époque.
Suite à sa participation à la conférence internationale de la 30 ème commémoration du génocide contre les Tutsi ayant eu lieu le 5 avril 2024, il livre ses pensées au micro de notre podcast, animé par Jessica Mwiza, chercheuse et militante de la mémoire.

Very Informative
My wife is from Kigali, Rwanda and is Tutsi. I knew very little about the country or it’s history before we met in 2016 but since then I have been mesmerized by the Rwandan people. It’s troubling listening to the details of these atrocities in this podcast but these stories are true and we must never forget them. The way Rwanda has recovered from the genocide is one of the greatest stories in the history of our world and I wish the rest of the world were more aware of it.
