Host knows his Eastern Philosophy

Host Rahul knows his Eastern philosophy. I came on his podcast to speak about the science of meditation and he asked insightful questions and added philosophical perspectives to make it a rich conversation. I highly recommend listening to this podcast if you are interested in practically applying Hindu philosophy, yoga philosophy, and Eastern thought into your life.
