This is a great show for anyone who struggles with wanting a relationship but is focused on all the problems instead of the relationship they can have with themself. I never realized how important I am to my relationship. Things that come up bother me but this show gives me a new perspective and I needed that d so bad! She is teaching singles and people who are in bad relationships to find peace and happiness from within. She is amazing! What a breath of fresh air. This woman is going places! Lauren’s episodes are so insanely helpful when it comes to really getting an understanding of myself when it comes to relating to others. She really understands the mind and relays information back in a way that’s easy to grasp and also embody. Can’t wait for the next episode.
