In this episode, I’ll give you a few tips you can try to make this time period easier for everyone.

Love the podcast BUT..

So happy to find this podcast, so many interesting postpartum topics. I’m sure you’re on a deadline with guests but for example the pt one, couple others I listened to, where I feel like the guest is trying to talk so hard but you get excited and interrupt them.. feel like I missed some of their trains of thought that would be been so interesting. But overall really enjoying the podcast so thank you!

AMAZING PODCAST

Best podcast for sleep training! I started listening to it when my baby was 2 months old. He was feeding every 3 hours day and night…now he’s 4 months and consistently sleeps 11 hours each night. And it’s all been done with minimal crying. My parents and in-laws are all shocked that he sleeps so well. They think that babies need to be feed through the night until they’re around 8 or 9 months old…I’ve learned that’s not the case! I love my parents, but they don’t always have all the information to help me be successful. This podcast and this podcast alone has helped me sleep train. Such good and practical advice and short episodes. I’m recommending this to everyone I know!!
