Batsheva is looking for someone to take over her lease. Her apartment is 1,000 sqft, it is classified as a studio because the bedroom doesn't have windows but it has a door. It has tons of closet space, 3 rooms, 1 full bathroom, fully renovated with water views and a gym + rooftop for $5,800. The lease ends August 31st and can be renewed if desired.

I am a big fan and I am excited for the podcast. This may be nit-picky but the music breaks between thoughts are jarring. I would have enjoyed the episode a lot more if the music bits weren’t pieced in.
