I am a 50+ year old making the transition from career solo freelancing to a fun team based atmosphere. I haven’t worked for anyone in 25 years! These two have helped me navigate some sticky situations in my new workplace with their wit and common sense. Essentially boils down to “don’t be a jerk and don’t work for jerks.” 🤣 Seriously though - solid advice for lots of office scenarios. Take a listen
