Ida Steensgaard - Red Bull Athlete & OCR World Champion on her transition to Hyrox!

What an exciting episode, chatting to Ida Steensgaard following 'that race' in Stuttgart where she finished 2nd with a time of 1:02:19, only 13 seconds behind Kate Davey (wow it was so close the whole way)! We talk about her background in OCR, how she is transitioning across to Hyrox, what it's like to be a red bull athlete and how she deals with pressure being at the top. Lots of learnings to take away from this episode and genuinely one of the nicest girls, it was great to delve a little deeper and found out more about this incredible athlete, I think we'll be seeing Ida in the Elite 15 very soon!!
