It’s IKE!
I don’t get the hate this dude gets. He’s authentic. He gets super pumped. He’s honest. He does a TON for the whole culture of fishing. The podcast reflects all that. Easily my favorite pro and my favorite podcast!
I will say one semi-negative thing; the mixing, the engineering, the audio levels on this show are consistently rough. The episode I’m currently listening to is almost totally unlistenable. Can’t hear guests. Other vocals are clipping. Other than that, I love it.
The move to 2.0
2.0 gives Ike the stage to have a simple interview-format podcast. He excels at this. He always did, but sometimes that got lost in the sauce. I have listened to every single Ike live podcast, and I do miss the old format…..the whole crew together. BUT, this is good. And it’s hitting a regular release which “is key”. Big fan.
