ILP 230: Year End Review

On today's episode, I am talking about my year end review. It's something I've done for many years and can be incredibly so helpful.

Here's my process:

• Review old journals/photos
• Find common themes
• What do you want to leave in 2024?
• What no longer serves you?
• What can you celebrate?
• How did you show up in 2024?
• How do you want to show up in 2025?
• What intentions do you want to set?

This is not about using this process to beat ourselves up. It is for awareness and to be willing to decide on purpose what needs to stay in 2024 and what you want to do in 2025.
