I LOVE this podcast!

If you’re at the beginning of your spiritual journey, or in the middle of it, like me this podcast gives you a no-nonsense, kind, funny and loving perspective on all things spiritual. The host is adept at asking probing and poignant questions of the guests while beautifully summarizing or simplifying anything esoteric the guests might say while relating it back to her own life and journey. 🦋🌈💓 Plus, I cant get over how adorable and giggly she is. She is just a ball of joy, love and light. If I’m having a bad day or feeling particularly bad about myself (my ego) all I have to do is listen to an episode and meditate a little, and BAM, I’m over it and back up happy and calm again. ☺️ Take a listen! I think you’ll love it. 💓
