I'm back with an hour long solo podcast about our Flames.

Ben talks about the Flames and his feelings about the season, transfer portal additions and subtractions, and of course some recruiting class talk. I have been so busy with work and the holiday season. The Flames not having a bowl until the last bowl game helped with this time away. The basketball podcast will be back too. I will also have a podcast with Boomer Brock previewing the Bahama Bowl against the Bulls of the University at Buffalo.
