I'm Ma'am As Hell

Two post-menopausal therapists with starkly different lifestyles have a chance encounter in mid-life. Kyra Sposato NP is divorced and child-free. She is independent, outspoken and adventurous. Sandy Lafazan LCSW is in a long term marriage and has 3 grown children. She sacrifices for her family, is traditional, spiritual and a self-described “square.” Together they’re creating the I’m Ma’am as Hell platform to ignite conversations about life as middle-aged women. Far from being irrelevant and obsolete they’re ready to show the world that women ages 45 to 75 are nowhere near being done. Come join them for candid and often humorous discussions about sex, purpose, dating, marriage and more.
