Growing up with parents who worked for Tony Robbins, you’d think Nicole Baker Holleman was the happiest little high achiever, right? NOPE! After being the victim of severe childhood bullying, perfectionism hit her like a freight train. She decided to use the tools she’d learned from childhood BUT adapt them for her perfectionist brain - creating imperfect success! This is Imperfect Success: The podcast teaching you, a success-driven perfectionist, how to (FINALLY) ditch perfectionism and still enjoy the high-achiever lifestyle. In this show, we will not contribute to the BS personal growth noise. Here we’re all about finding the joy of personal growth. We’re learning how to live a happy, fulfilled, and successful life, but doing so imperfectly. Each episode of Imperfect Success will either feature an interview with a successful perfectionist (diving into the imperfect side of their story), or a solo episode with me teaching you tools that you as a perfectionist or recovering perfectionist can use to make goal-setting more enjoyable, easier, and productive. Above all, Nicole will teach you how to ditch perfectionism + still enjoy your high-achiever life.
