The Nutrition Knowledge We Really Need, No Diets, Just the Basics with Katie Hammill, RD

Today we are joined by Katie Hammil, Katie is a registered dietitian, her dietary philosophy is steeped in science and years of education and learning through her own experiences and those of her clients.  She truly believes that there is no one universal style of eating that we should all follow. She wants to help people become more confident in how to feed themselves and their families.  Katie’s here to help us break down food, how we can adopt a simplified approach to how we eat to give our body more of what it needs rather than taking a restrictive approach that makes us feel like we need to eliminate. She’ll talk with us about not cutting foods out, rather starting where something is missing. Katie has followed all of the trends and has watched the research unfold to show what is and isn’t best for all of our bodies. And I’ll give a little spoiler alert here: In the long run, eating in the basic way she is going to outline is our best method for health and longevity. We’ll talk about to let go of the judgments of what we don’t know about this stuff and how to stop judging foods, to instead slowly build an understanding of what works for our body… Our body that is different than our bestfriends, different than our husbands, our daughters and what that means for us in meeting our own needs. You can find Katie on Instagram @katiehammillnutrition and her website katiehammillnutrition.com You can still get 40% off of the Nervous System Reset, it's a great way to gather (or move through on your own, self-paced) to build some new practices to balance out stress, to ground your nervous system and to truly begin to understand how you can strength and change the way you and your body respond to stress. I am excited to share. When you sign up you'll get your Guide to begin plus access to an hour long workshop to get you started TODAY! Message me your Questions HERE: ashley@ashleymchan.com
