Funny, insightful discussion of television. Always a good listen! (No low ratings here!! I accidentally swiped left to right on the star, and it registered as 1-2 stars, instead of 5. Sorry!) Fantastic episode! Excellent discussion of Mrs. America. Interesting, oppositional views with emotion and reason on both sides. Fun interview with Pamela Adlon! Watch Better Things and listen to/watch Millions of Screens ! Timely, thoughtful podcast. Thank you for pausing. Respect great episode! You actually have me excited about the Emmys! Can I give 6 stars? Or 7? Loved this episode with Damon, Mike and Cord! The Meaning of Life episode with Damon, Mike and Cord is the best yet!! Their answers fit perfectly with their shows. Listen to this and watch The Watchmen and The Good Place.
I miss Liz

I was a weekly listener of Very Good TV back in the day and I’m a huge fan of Ben, but this podcast isn’t nearly as enjoyable for me, mostly because of how sour and over it Libby always is. The third host is fine, but apparently Liz Shannon Miller was the Indiewire TV podcast’s secret sauce. I prefer listening to tv podcasts from people who actually seem to enjoy tv.
Finally, some critical commentary

Read Ben’s article and was glad to see someone acknowledge what’s missing from WandaVision. I watch the show. It’s fine. But this WestWorld season 3, a far from cry from season 1. A Podcast note — Chewing doing the show (sounded like it was ice) does more than just hurt your listeners’ ears, similar to the MCU critique, it demonstrates a lack of care and understanding in the transition to a different medium. This is not a phone call or Zoom chat. This audience is actually choosing to listen. The odd sneeze in the background is forgivable but constant chewing is a middle finger to ears. Otherwise a great show. Still a 5 Star ⭐️
Great podcast
