Infamous America

I remember hearing my parents talking about Patty Hearst when I was a kid, but I didn’t know the details. This series on Infamous America filled me in. There was just the right balance of interesting details and big picture narrative, and the story is told with a wry humor when appropriate and sympathetically at the more tragic moments. I highly highly recommend this particular season if the crazy 1970s interests you!

I enjoy the pace and thoroughness of every show. I have listened to the black Sox, The Donner Party and now I am listening to James Wilkes Booth. One of my favorite history podcast so far, I will listen to every season but am picking the ones I’m interested in the most first

I binged Booth. Extraordinary storytelling, very visual, much like a thriller movie. I was glassy-eyed during the main event.

The presenter is a good storyteller and the stories are written well in serial form, keeping the story intriguing… definitely a good binge listen
