Liz Griggs - Pioneering Private Equity

Grantchester Group founder and CEO, Liz Griggs talks about her journey into the worlds of finance, then entrepreneurism and now private equity. Founder of company, One Call, (that ultimately sold for 2.2 billion), Liz describes her childhood, schooling and path to where she is now. She discusses being one of very few women working in capital markets in the 80's and gives advice to those looking to enter these fields.
