On having an alcoholic father: I actually had a real anger problem as a teenager because I was so angry that I'm in this situation, my sister's in this situation, nobody's doing anything, I'm seeing my mum getting hurt and we can't do anything.


And when I'm old enough to not have to live in a situation that I don't want to live in, I'm going to do things the way I want to do things and I'm going to be independent and I'm going to be career minded. I'm going to follow my dreams.


And it's amazing because when you talk to other women, so many women share very similar experiences, but they never talk about them because they feel ashamed, they feel like it was their fault, they feel like they did something wrong, they're embarrassed. But I'm like, no, we got to start talking about this.

This is all about one of the universal laws, the Law of Unseen Grace. 


I know we are all super aware of the Law of Attraction, but perhaps less so with this one.


This was a law that was introduced to me by Richard Rudd, creator of the Gene Keys.


It created a really great breakthrough for me, which I desire to share with you to either set the seed or have you just noodling on how this could be massively beneficial for you if you choose to look at the world through this lens.

The Law of Unseen Grace says that you will always get what you need, which might not always be what you want.


When we are working with the Law of Attraction, sometimes it feels like, hang on a minute, I didn't ask for this. This is not what I wanted.


This has the capacity to turn really challenging situations where you feel like the world is happening to you as opposed to for you into a situation where you can first choose to accept what is, be present with what is.

It's been a long time since I have shared anything about my separation. We have been separated for about two and a half years and by and large, it has definitely been one of the hardest experiences from an emotional perspective. 


But you know, I feel like on the whole we have navigated things incredibly positively. And at the same time, still, two and a half years later, there are still many, many firsts that we are going through. 


And of late, I have found some of these firsts really triggering and it has brought up so many challenging feelings for me to navigate. 


And you know me, every day’s a school day!

05:19 What I was doing was hosting a swimming pool party, and I decided that I didn't need any help. Well, I wanted some help. And then I decided I didn't want any help, but cut my nose off to spite my face, block myself from receiving. That's it, I'm fine, I can do it. And it was really interesting, because I heard myself like, in the moment, I was able to witness myself blocking myself from any receiving. And in the moment, I was able to have the awareness but not stop the action. 


08:42 What I leaned into was , knowing that I am infinitely supported. And I allowed myself to be supported by somebody who had offered it in the first place, who I had rejected and then decided that my pride and ego were not more important than the thing that I was manifesting.


14:37 How can I approach this differently? How can I get what I want, but from a different angle. How many people miss out on getting what it is that they desire because they refuse to look at things differently

I recently read about the idea of money being a tool for spiritual growth and it really resonated with me.

Not that we use money to somehow buy our way in, of course. But that quite simply, often people fear money and it's not money people are really afraid of.

The patterns which show up around money which are the same through SO many areas of our life are ones we are shown repeatedly.

I don’t know about you but it's really interesting to me that when I am being presented with an important lesson and a lesson that is landing with me on a deeper level, frequently, I will be re presented with the lesson again and again and again, in a very short period of time, often by completely unrelated teachers.

What I CAN promise you is that this episode is so chock full of tiny but true gems that I think it might be the start of something bigger!
