    Ladies, it's time to follow your dreams! My guest in this episode, Dr. Susan Ruckdeschel, talks about how she transitioned from a traditional career to a life of adventure and creativity. We talked about the challenges teachers face today and how the educational world has changed, particularly with the introduction of strict curricular guidelines that limit teachers' creativity. Susan moved into the world of e-learning, where she developed online courses. She loves to travel, which she integrated into her professional life. She shared her experiences with home exchanges, allowing her to experience different cultures while continuing her work remotely. Susan wrote a memoir, "Wanderlust: Anywhere But Here," about her travels, personal growth, and the lessons learned along the way. She talks about the emotional aspects of writing her memoir and how it became a healing process for her.
