We sit down with Alanna Keegan, Victims Advocate and founder of 'Buried Cold Cases: Little-Known Unsolved Murders & Missing Persons Cases'. Her mission is to not only help those left in the wake of a murdered or missing loved one be heard through telling their stories; She also investigates to try and help solve these long since forgotten and puzzling crimes. ****TW: Rape, murder**** Copy and Paste the email below to help get attention to Danny’s case and send to Jon.alvarado@fresnosheriff.org and social.media@fresnosheriff.org     Call the Fresno County Sheriff's Department and let them know we want answers for the Myles family and Danny's case brought to a close.(559)600-8400                            Dear Detective Jon Alvarado and the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department, I am sending you this email in regard to the 1979 unsolved cold case murder of 17 year old Danny Myles in Caruthers, CA.  I would like to express my fervent desire to see this case solved and justice served. With the brutal nature of the murder and sexual assault of Danny Myles, I believe it is critical for the safety of the community and closure for the Myles family that all options to solve Danny’s murder are explored. Despite this case being 41 years old, I feel it is more important than ever to see it solved while the perpetrator(s) may still be alive. I am aware of some physical evidence collected such as fingernail clippings/scrapings, and I have hope that other biological samples were collected for the case as well. I believe Danny’s case could be an excellent candidate to be solved using DNA technology and I would love for you to develop an offender DNA profile through testing the evidence collected. Thank you in advance for doing all that you can to pursue justice in Danny Myles’ case and for all of your hard work. Sincerely, ______________ Victim Advocate
