Interview with Sumeet Shendrikar, Services Director at RTI. Sumeet helps lead the Professional Services organization's growth, management, and execution consistent with their department metrics, growth projections, and charter. He works with the RTI executive leadership to operate a proficient organization that drives customer adoption, ensures customer success, and realizes revenue potential, all while becoming key Trusted Advisors to our customers. As a people manager, I help manage and grow the team of Trusted Advisors.

RTI stands for Real Time Innovations. It's a small software company in Sunnyville. Smallish I guess. We're about 200 people now, spread around the world. And we like to say we're the industrial internet conductivity company. So the initial Internet of Things is a relatively kind of recent phenomenon. But really, it's a branding or name for a set of use cases that have existed for a long time. And so, our software is used in these mission critical, very complex systems where data needs to flow between devices to different places and we help make that easier and make that happen for our customers.
