    Tracey Howes is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor having trained with leading breath and sleep expert and author Patrick McKeown, Founder of the Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko Clinic.



    By incorporating science-based techniques into daily practice and training programs, Tracey’s clients have transformed their breathing habits to improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety and stress, train for marathons and prepare to swim The English Channel.

    Tracey is particularly interested in how hormonal fluctuations affect women’s breathing and quality of life and is committed to sharing evidence-based research to empower her clients. 

    Tracey specialises in Contrast Therapy combining cold water immersion, sauna and breathwork to develop physical, mental and emotional resilience.



    Tracey is a certified RAID freediver having competed at national level. Freediving is a form of underwater diving that relies on breath-holding until resurfacing rather than the use of breathing apparatus.

    This specialised training inspired Tracey to expand her knowledge of breathwork for improved health, wellbeing and performance.



    Tracey is a practitioner at the award-winning Lime Wood Hotel & Herb House Spa in The New Forest and teaches at studios in Dorset. Her work has been featured on BBC Sounds and she is a regular contributor at Wellbeing By The Lakes, one of the Evening Standard’s Top Wellness Festivals 2023.
