But it helps to talk about these things, to unburden our minds of past and present issues that we battle. I invite a new guest every week, to discuss everything that makes you who you are. We talk about events that have impact on your everyday life. We don’t like to admit it, but talking about our experiences and struggles help us discover new things about ourselves. It’s a prerequisite for growth.
