The episode on primary residence vs investment property my mind was very misleading. There is many way to get it done in Real Estste but I very surprised a season investor would vote for rental property instead of primary residence. I think for the accredited investor one thing. The average client is a completely different ballgame and dangerous advise in my mind.

Great Show

Clayton is the real estate mentor I always wish I had. Starting out in real estate investing can be lonely and it can be hard to do it on your own. This podcast makes me feel way less alone. I get so much value out of every episode. Can’t recommend it enough!
