This was a big issue I have that I never realized was a issue and this podcast has opened my eyes to start making some changes to instead of meeting everyone’s demand, making sure My focus is straight on my my goals, so that I eliminate my distractions to be able to put in full effort to my career and fitness goals!!! Knowledgeable, thoughtful, no BS
