Is Hip Hop Culture Killing Us?

What was once a platform for young people’s voices, is now an amplified channel for chaos. Hip hop music is influencing violent behavior within the black community and arguably thriving off of oppression and oppressive systems. Is hip hop culture to blame for the large amount of deaths within the black community alone?
