The Home Front

I really enjoy this podcast. I’ve been listening to The Lincoln Project for years, so I value what Reed has to say. But today’s podcast with the journalist was terrible and very hard to like she talked very slow like we were all stupid and couldn’t understand what she was saying, I found myself screaming at the radio saying spit it out, and get to the point.

I was disappointed when I saw earlier this year that Reed would no longer be hosting The Lincoln Project podcast, so I was very happy to come across this new podcast. Reed is well reasoned and offers a measured approach to politics in this current (tumultuous) political climate. Strongly recommend!

I’m an avid listener, but today felt a bit off. I may be mistaken, but it felt as though the guest was not really interested in listening to what the host had to say or to participate in a discussion. At times it seemed as though the guest’s words were condescending. This was definitely not what I consider a fruitful conversation.
