Every time I listen to the episode, I learn something new. I love how Kanwal explains different perspective, the different way of handling a circumstance and a whole new approach. The way she uses real life examples (“Joy” episode) to explain scenarios and emotions, is wonderful!! After listening to this podcast and taking live coaching sessions with Kanwal, I have been able to stop myself from unhelpful habits and replace them with healthy alternatives. I highly recommend listening to this podcast!!

These have been an eye opener. Absolutely love listening to Kanwal’s podcasts. The way she breaks down concepts and provides relatable examples, makes it very easy and realistic to follow and apply. The duration of each podcast is perfect for my attention span ;) Each of these is packed with a lot knowledge. I have listened to some of the episodes a few times to process every sentence and have always learned a new aspect of the topic every time. She’s a wonderful speaker, very captivating. Eloquent yet very realistic and clear. Her vision for today’s Muslim women is admirable.

Listening to this podcast is like a deep breath of fresh air. Kanwal explains everything beautifully and easy to understand. This is one podcast that I listen to regularly especially since the episodes are just the right length and packed with information. I strongly recommend listening to this podcast.
