Brian Head founded Head Start Equity, a real estate private equity firm that provides investors with an opportunity to invest alongside him in institutional-quality multifamily properties to build generational wealth. He is currently invested in 3,200+ rental units across 21 different properties with a total value at closing of $580M. As fund manager, he applies the principles of risk management and diversification he learned in his years in the investment industry to help with the due diligence and relationship building required to find the best deals with the best teams.

Chris Gordon, founder of Elite Innovative Capital, bringing over a decade of experience in real estate investing and more than 20 years in the financial services industry. As a former licensed investment advisor and stockbroker, he applies his expertise in leveraging AI tools and social media marketing automation to optimize real estate investment strategies. Holding a BA in Entrepreneurship, Chris is dedicated to helping others achieve success in their real estate investment journey.

Simon Castillo is a real estate investor & business development executive from San Antonio, TX. Simon began investing in real estate in 2004 and is currently invested in more than $39 million of single family and multifamily assets both as a general partner and limited partner. Simon’s experience includes providing safe, stable returns for investors, real estate development, value add investing and investing for long term cash flow.   

Simon is the Principal and Founder of SAS Texas Capital, a real estate firm focused on raising capital for the acquisition of value-add, class B & C multifamily properties. SAS Texas Capital has raised over $1 million in investor capital for the purchase of these assets.   

Simon holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Simon serves as Chair for the prestigious Alexander Briseno Leadership Development Program (ABLDP) offered through the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, President for the South Texas Chapter for the Risk Management Society, and serves on the St. Mary’s University Greehey School of Business Finance & Risk Management Advisory Board.
