Andrea is the full EOS definition of a visionary, but also enjoys being a leader and integrator.

Andrea’s 20+ years of experience in the small business sector gives me great aptitude in regard to strategic planning and innovation. She has seen small businesses succeed and fail and it generally relates back to two major influences: people and cash flow.

Although she is very analytical and practical, her education and life experiences give her the ability to also understand the psyche of both business owners & employees. This unique combination provides Andrea the opportunity to really enhance the lives of those that she is able to work alongside.

Andrea wears many hats in her professional life. She founded her first business in 2007 and just sold it in 2022. She started a home-service business with her husband for "fun" and they do that in their spare time. She is a business consultant for various business owners across the country and she is also the CEO/CFO and Asset Manager of her multi-family real estate portfolio, which she is looking to expand. All of this while raising 3 brilliant humans that just so happen to call her mom.
