Marine who fights for women’s rights

Thank you for ALL of your services, bless. I know your pain, I felt the same when we lost Bernie. That’s how DEM I am. And I voted Trump this election. Your home and land sound beautiful. That is not the reality for the majority. We can’t afford food- real struggle out here. The immigration crime is TRUE. I live in south Texas. A teen girl was brutally taken by an immigrant gang member in a close neighborhood. Crime IS rising. We have serious deadly gangs growing here. You don’t understand. This is coming from a Dem, you and The Daily have to believe and acknowledge this, which I never hear. The dems did not switch to Trump bc of gender or race or emotions. It’s because those of us STUCK at the bottom have no hope anymore more. We are not safe and scraping to feed our family- it is scary. Prices are SO high. It’s not about gender, nobody gives a f about that and the more y’all cry race, gender, the farther you pushing us Dems away. Pls acknowledge OUR reality. It is insulting to claim we are sexist or racist or stupid!! If y’all keep this up, the democrat party will suffer massively.

I hope the writers can see the difference in the way they write about Larkin Riley and George Floyd.

I want to love this podcast, but like so many, there is transparent political bias. Be brave- take on topics that challenge both political parties. Journalists should practice neutral observation & discernment. Be more objective & check your own viewpoint. Also - Why are you ignoring specific topics while focusing heavily on others? UPDATE: I am deeply disappointed in your bias and selective coverage of The Hunter Biden story. I listened to hours of congressional hearings, read several primary documents, the letter from Weiss, and you obviously cherry-pick & frame the story to support the Biden family. You are no different than bias conservative commentators. I am not a Trump fan - I dislike him deeply. I am a fan of truth- you are failing our country. Journalism no longer exists. Update Again- I tried to listen again. Signing off & listening to Beri & Colman for objective & honest analysis. Bye. Update again- I keep coming back because I want to like this show. I am a lifelong listener of PBS & reader of NYT. The way you have covered the tragic murder of Linken Riley is disgraceful. You turned her death into another tool to try and make conservatives look bad. YOU are using her murder as a political tool- don’t you see that you are doing exactly what you are criticizing? This episode is disgraceful and shameful. Self-reflection please.

I’ve been a daily listener of the show for years now. Of course, I’ve always been aware of the left-leaning bias, but lately, it feels overwhelming. There are no opposing views earnestly presented by the hosts (for an extreme example, see Astead Herndon), and the content now comes from such a narrow range of viewpoints, it feels pointless. NYT desperately needs new blood in order to provide high-quality news.
