If you've been a long-time listener of the PUSH podcast, you must have heard us talk about our painful experience from the 2008 economic downturn.

We went through a lot to the point of filing for bankruptcy and almost losing our home. We were in a really vulnerable place.

Now in 20222, going to 2023, there are some indications that we might get into an economic downturn. Big companies such as Amazon, Meta, and others are announcing massive layoffs.

This means that, unfortunately, some people will lose their jobs and experience a lot of economic hardships.

Some of the younger generations who have entered the workforce in the bear market have not experienced the fallout from an economic downturn.

In this episode, Eddie shares some tips on how to overcome the hardships of a poor economy.

In the end, everything will be fine if you don't allow yourself to fall into negative thought patterns that remove you from opportunities that may be ahead of you.
