It's Not All Rainbows is a podcast hosted by Lindsay Goodman, a trauma recovery coach & survivor of narcissistic abuse in a queer relationship. Many licensed professionals have called narcissistic abuse "the most severe form of domestic violence" and yet, most survivors of this insidious abuse suffer behind closed doors. Most people, including mental health practitioners and first responders do not understand what this type of abuse can look like and how it can affect survivors. INAR will explore different aspects of narcissistic abuse, how to get out, and how to begin your healing journey. Love all this helpful content
I appreciate all this content. Has helped me to step away and stay away from unhealthy friendships. Seeing things is clearly that had been blurry for many years. I can’t say thank you enough. I look forward to Wednesdays when I start my morning run I pull up my favorite podcasts to listen to. Yours is in my top 3! Thank you! Thank you!
Thank you!
Wow. So beautiful knowing there are other single moms like me going thru and overcoming the same relationship struggles!! Thank you for sharing your story!!! Definitely made me feel so much less alone!
Eye-opening!
I discovered Lindsay from a tiktok called “what a birthday with an abusive partner can look like” and was hooked on all the content. I still deal with ptsd from a relationship with a narc 20 years ago! I even panicked when a doordash delivery person had his name and last initial. It stays with you, and through Lindsay’s content , I’ve finally put a name to many of his behaviors and manipulations. I’m lucky to be looking at it from many years in hindsight, but it’s never too late to understand it better. (many a-ha moments about how it STILL affects my marriage today) Thank you for all you do!
