This week, Ciara and Richard discuss something that we all suffer and struggle with from time to time but very few of us are willing to admit to - Jealousy & Envy. 

As Richard points out, envy can be the desire to have something that we don't have whereas jealousy can be the fear of losing something that we do have. All this and more is discussed in full in this episode.
