Jesus as Prophet

Join us for our first week of our new Christmas sermon series titled Portraits of Christ, where we explore how Jesus perfectly fulfilled the role of a prophet by serving as God’s mouthpiece, performing miracles to authenticate His message, and enduring persecution for speaking the truth. Through Scripture, we also see how His call to repentance and promise of the Kingdom of Heaven continues to speak to us today.

New Day Church is dedicated to fulfilling the core mission of Jesus based on Matthew 28 vv.19-20. The three essential steps in this mission are making disciples, marking them through water baptism, and maturing them in their faith. Making disciples involves sharing the message of Jesus and guiding others to accept Him as their Savior. Once individuals decide to follow Jesus, they publicly demonstrate their commitment through water baptism. The next focus is on nurturing and developing their faith by teaching God's Word through Sunday teachings and engaging in small group discussions, fostering deeper understanding and support from fellow believers.
