Josh Childress’ scholarship at Stanford University was endowed by the Arillaga family, know for their real estate developments. This first prompted Josh’s interest in a space that was relatively unfamiliar. After having an NBA career dunking on opponents as well a couple of high profile overseas stints, Josh proceeded to enter the world of real estate investing. Josh is now the CEO of LandSpire Group, a private Real Estate firm investing in various projects that include multi-family and commercial developments. Josh explains certain criteria for investment, investing with a familiar advantage, and two specific projects that will put LandSpire Group on the map.
