Today, Blue and I are having an open and honest conversation about our struggles with alcohol, depression & low self-esteem. Blue recently wrote a memoir talking about his journey, which serves as the impetus for our chat. Alcohol and unstable emotions seem to go hand in hand. We may not even realize how unstable we are until something big happens to bring our volatility into perspective. In this vulnerable and honest podcast, we dive into Blue's journey through recovery, how alcohol can cause emotional stunting, how to humanize our emotions, how we can feel good without external stimuli and much more.  We also dive into Blue's website and continuation of his book, CreedsLiving.com.  CREEDS is an acronym meaning Connection, Reflection, Expression, Exercise, Diet & Sleep and gives people suffering from alcoholism another outlet to find help and support. I deeply appreciate Blue and his openness to discuss his journey.
