    118. You are not alone- Jesus Christ is there for you!

    118. You are not alone- Jesus Christ is there for you!

Hey there, JOY SEEKER! Welcome back for more Jenn Juice!

As I’ve been helping many of my clients through some really difficult challenges and thinking about how hard it is to go through life-changing trials like divorce, I was reminded that none of us are alone. Our loving Father in Heaven has given us His son to help us on our journey in mortality.

Jesus Christ is our advocate with the Father. I’ve been thinking and reading about what it means to be an ADVOCATE. Some synonyms of advocate are supporter, champion, booster, promoter, true believer, friend, protagonist, and white knight.

An "advocate" is someone who passionately and effectively supports a cause, idea, or viewpoint. Advocacy involves actively speaking out, promoting, and fighting for a cause or belief that the advocate deeply cares about.

I want to remind you today that your Savior, Jesus Christ, passionately supports your cause. He cares deeply about you and is involved in speaking for, fighting for, and promoting you!

He is YOUR supporter, friend, booster, promoter, true believer, protagonist, champion, white knight, and advocate. And He’s mine too! I know this is TRUE! For this, I am eternally grateful!

Thank you so much for listening to this episode! I’m honored and excited to be on this journey to healing and personal growth with you. If you enjoyed the podcast, I’d love to ask you to take 2 minutes to leave me a 5-star review on your podcast app; that way, we can help even more men and women find joy in their divorce journies. 117. Using Social Media During Divorce

    117. Using Social Media During Divorce

Today, I’m discussing using social media during separation and divorce and sharing my divorce social media protocol. I know we’ve all seen posts, rants, and reels from bitter, angry exes. It can be so salacious that you can't pull yourself away, but it's never a good thing for anyone involved! Remember, social media is a tool. We choose how we want to use it. As long as you use it appropriately during your separation and divorce, you can continue to enjoy its benefits without the risk of damaging content being published that could harm you, your children, your family, your career, and even your custody or visitation with your children (this happens!). So, this is a crucial issue to consider. I advise you to be very cautious and careful with your social media sharing during this time in your life. If you're going through separation or divorce, you NEED my divorce social media protocol.

It can be argued that your communication skills are more valuable than your education or experience. And this is especially important when you’re dealing with divorce!

It’s very likely that one of the reasons your marriage ended was a lack of communication, ineffective communication, or some degree of misunderstanding between you and your ex. So, NOW is the perfect time to improve your communication skills for many reasons! Divorce does not end. If you have children with your ex, you will communicate with them for many years. 114. Three Toxic Thoughts to Eliminate from Your Life

    114. Three Toxic Thoughts to Eliminate from Your Life

As I’ve been coaching my clients and doing my OWN thought work now for many years, I’ve learned SO many things! The biggest thing I’ve noticed is that our human brain acts the same way in almost every one! That may not seem possible, but it is! We are all unique in so many ways, but our minds and our thought processes are so similar. And, especially when it comes to thoughts that do NOT serve us. We ALL have them! And many of us have the same toxic thoughts! So, I today want to discuss three toxic thoughts that most of us have at some time and I want to challenge you to eliminate them from your life.

Enrollment is now OPEN in my exclusive Life Coaching Program Faith Filled Divorce. Get all the details here:

Just what you need!

If you just "happen to find" this podcast I would challenge you to realize you were led to find it and benefit from Jenn's warmth, cheerfulness, and optimistic mindset on difficult relationships. I was unexpectedly getting a divorce and listened to a Joy in the Journey podcast. I immediately felt safe and grounded with Jenn's wisdom. I started to listen to one episode after another. She offered a free consultation which I decided to register to do and ended up sharing everything that I was keeping private from everyone. I felt such a relief. Jenn was so invested in my life and how I was feeling about it. I love her for sharing my grief and giving me a powerful perspective going forward. Six months later I signed up for her individual counseling sessions and have been so blessed to have a confidant who shares my faith and gives sound advice like I would if I wasn't going through this mess. Jenn practices the Brooke Castille method which I have been following on other podcasts for years. If you are struggling with any relationship, follow this podcast!!! You will feel more grounded and happier after every episode!
