I’m Juan with my mind, body, and soul. Our bodies are the vehicles that transport generations of whispered wisdom from the spirit world to the material one. I’m reconnecting with friends that I love and respect to talk about how they’ve managed to go through the struggle of this world focused on status, money, egos, and pride. This podcast seeks to serve as the spiritual thread amongst people like me. I am 28, I am Latino, I am an Immigrant, I am the son of a single mom, I am Gay, and I have a master’s degree. Welcome!

Hi, I'm Juan...Not the old one...the new Juan.

Hi, I'm Juan...Not the old one...the new Juan.

Today, I’m reintroducing myself because over the last year I’ve been going through a tremendous transformation.

I’m sharing, being vulnerable, and being open because these are the lessons that I wish I learned when I was younger.

The word TRANSFORMATION literally means going BEYOND our Form. Beyond who we thought who could be, beyond who society thought we could be, beyond who our FAMILIES thought we could be.

I'm in a place of knowing that we’re spiritual beings have human experiences, not the other way around.

I've developed 2 Twenty Juan Day Programs - Inner Conflict Cleanse and Inner Vibrational Booster - Are we aligned? Check it out!

Diana Catalina - La Colombiana that I followed to Hawaii.

"Imagination doesn’t come with an instruction book".

Catalina and I just started a new journey in Hawaii to work on our Coaching Program. Listen in as we get to know each other more and work on our communication.

We talk about boundaries, life-changing milestones, and the advice we would give to our younger selves.

Listen in as two people who only met 3 times before decided to uproot their lives and trust the universe in a new journey.

This is Arnela, one half of my favorite twin team.

This is Arnela, one half of my favorite twin team.

"I am Muslim and I am an immigrant but the way I look no one ever would think that."

Listen in as we discuss race, our privilege even as immigrants with single moms, our friendship in this honest conversation rooted in love, consciousness, and growth.

    Here is another "aha" moment:

My Teacher Coach asked me “How do you think your kids see you? What do they even know about you?

I thought...they just see me as this white lady in front of them.

    They knew nothing about me.

That’s when I realized the importance of sharing my own story.

Listen in as one my dearest friends and I discuss LGBTQ, Race, Immigration, and Spirituality! Meet Jen Preston

Listen in as one my dearest friends and I discuss LGBTQ, Race, Immigration, and Spirituality! Meet Jen Preston

We're talking  about LGBTQ issues- “You told me that you might like girls, and I kinda thought you were joking… “

“You can be bi-sexual and never have dated the same-sex” as long as you identify that way.

We're talking about Racism issues - “My first experience with racism was in college, I was one of eight black students there.” In high school, whites were minorities.

We're talking about Immigration issues - When I started high school, I didn’t know if I was going to college. Now, I’m about to finish my PhD. I was broke. My mom is an immigrant, and my dad has a 6th-grade education.

We're talking about spirituality - "Spirituality transcends gender and all of the -isms"

I LOVE talking about these big topics with people who I've been friends with forever!

Listen in, and if you enjoy, I would appreciate a positive review! Thank you!

This black goddess reminds us to "Bee Kind"! A chat with Bee Jackson

This black goddess reminds us to "Bee Kind"! A chat with Bee Jackson

Bee and I worked together for months and somehow, never really took the time to get to know one another. It took this podcast to reconnect and to realize how much we actually have in common. Honest conversations rooted in love, consciousness, and growth work!

The beauty of life is that the more we open up, the more we find ourselves in other people. There's always going to be someone that will say "me too". We're not alone in this journey, so stop putting on armor and while you're finding yourself, help others.

Bee has now started a non-profit called "Bee Kind" where she and a team of volunteers provide for the homeless in Miami while listening to their stories.
