Julia Cowley - Retired FBI Special Agent - Ep. 15

Julia Cowley is a recently retired Special Agent with the FBI of 22 years, who began her service in 1999. Her first assignment was to the Boston Division where she investigated white-collar crime, public corruption, and civil rights matters. She was also a member and team leader on the Boston Division's Evidence Response Team. Julia was then selected to join the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit, followed by assignment to the Evidence Response Team Unit. Prior to joining the FBI, Julia was a Special Agent/Forensic Scientist with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. She has a bachelor's degree in chemistry and a master's degree in forensic science. She is certified in Behavioral Analysis by the FBI and was the lead FBI profiler on the Golden State Killer case. She is a host of "The Consult" a true crime podcast, the consultants are retired FBI profilers who worked the cases.
