Kanban

Blue Lotus Cafe

Time is flying. And since time is not a renewable resource, you can not buy some extra time. So, at best, you can try not to waste too much of the time you have. In this episode, we talk about how to deal with your time using Kanban. Kanban is a useful, easy to use tool for Time Management. It is a visual system for tasks management. It was first established by Toyota to visualize the work, limit the work in progress and improve efficiency (or flow) in their factories. All you need is a set of bright post-its or a simple white board, a weekly planner or Trello (free app for Tasks Management). We adapted Kanban to a personal and weekly context using a simple board and card per task to get the work done and minimize the Work in Progress (WIP).
