Julieanna Hever, known as the Plant-Based Dietitian, is a best-selling author, speaker, dietitian, personal trainer, recipe creator, and an expert in nutrition, food, fitness, health, and wellness. I now have three of your books and have followed you (and Rat Cronise) for years. This is my favorite book — you’ve given me permission to stop forcing variety and just eat a couple different things that we like for weeks until we’ve lost the fat and can branch out into grains, etc.! Showing us that if we exercise while we are restricting our our eating we will only lose half the weight in the same amount of time is mine blowing! So far I’ve only made your “peanut butter vegetable curry” and used peanut butter POWDER to save on the fat content — we love it! I added a box of mushrooms and will throw in whatever other veggies we have next time! You also got me back into cauliflower rice, but this time I am water sautéing it with “better than bullion“ and adding curry powder so it is fabulous all by itself! Next recipe will be, of course, your “Mexican cauliflower rice“…

Julieanna does a fantastic job of breaking down the differences of plant based and vegan. Her perspective on how to get started with choosing you and considering a plant based diet has inspired me to take that step. She has a great energy and is full of knowledge. Must listen.

I subscribed to this podcast to learn how to become and remain the healthiest version of myself. Julieanna explains all the science of diet and wellness in a delightful, easy to understand way. The podcast has delivered on all of this and more. Julieanna and her diverse guests (from well known doctors in the plant based community to Hollywood celebrities) discuss the importance of investing in ourselves to live a productive and fulfilling life. Highly recommend !
