Courtney is 100% HERSELF in this podcast. I appreciate the “E” warning because I know she is going to dish! Throughout the episodes, she makes health and fitness understandable and attainable. I also really appreciate that she is willing to be vulnerable and share her own health story as it unfolds. I feel like I’m learning along with her!

Courtney is a Fantastic speaker/host. She is down to earth while also conveying complex scientific research. I started watching her Instagram videos, and I am so happy to listen to her podcast. I can’t wait to hear future episodes. Courtney is a calm voice of reason in the chaotic world of fitness and health.
