I argue that the Republican Party should embrace this idea and prioritize the needs of the forgotten person rather than the Chamber of Commerce. The conversation then shifts to the left's strategy of creating tribes based on factors such as race, gender, and sexual orientation, as opposed to solely focusing on economic factors. They argue that these factors are more permanent in nature and can be used to create more reliable tribal identities.
