Kendyl Hanks: Making a Case for Authenticity and Finding Your People

Two Gals and a Mic

In this episode, I’m joined by Kendyl Hanks, an experienced appellate attorney, shareholder in a global law firm, and co-founder of Lady Lawyer Diaries, an online forum which celebrates women in law.

Kendyl’s remarkable career spans high-stakes business disputes, constitutional test cases, medical malpractice claims, trade secrets, and more. Beyond her legal expertise, Kendyl is a passionate advocate for women and Veterans, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, where she is helping to develop the Women on the Fly program, which supports Women in Service and Women Veterans.

In this engaging episode, we dive into mentorship, balance, authenticity and the importance of community.

As Kendyl reminds us: “The trick is this...you can be everything you want to be. You just can’t be all of it at the same time.”
