    Episode 2: Ketch Up, (basket weaving) with Ms Vee

    Bezically (basically) this is a whole basket weaving episode where we  throw in everything from drones to aliens - which is our equivalent of from feminism to travel and books in between. Yes, books - we do talk about that too (because our guest is a bonafide bookie). And then about the woman in her different states - just as water exists in solid, liquid and gaseous states. Tell me that is not woven enough and we will add another twist on the hair discussion! See, purely basket weaving. The important thing is to have a basket - at the end of the day. Just in case you get tangled in the strings along the way, here's is a mapping for easier navigation around this basket: 00:00 - 10:00 intros; all protocol observed; the case of an over 25-year old yung thung                         traveling and touring on a half-a-shoestring budget 10:00 - 20:00 Over 25, in this part of Africa, not married. More books.                         Anybody else been to worlds that don't exist (or do but so far away from home) coz of books? Oz, anybody? I 'been to the Areopagus.                         Honestly though, do Zimbos read only books that matter, like Nhaka Yeupenyu - for the Shona exam?                         If leaders are readers, are we creating a leadership prowess or crisis by our reading culture? 45:00 - 50:00 Choppers: the hair journey - - gents you can sit this one out; but wait some of y'all got slicker hairdos than the ladies so.....                         Is your hair just another accessory or is it a whole story you're carrying on that your head?                         It's possible to feel very great and at the same time the photos tell a different story - but who's to judge? 50:00 - 50chakadero: Basket complete! All the weaving done. Now y'all can carry on with whatever it is you were doing before this....

    Episode 1: Ketch Up, (no fries) with Jacqui

    This episode is basically a ketch up session with the fabulous Miss Jacqui. Don't let the goofing around at the beginning of the conversation fool you because we go deep......real deep into some issues that do matter to us and hopefully to you as well. Because the episode is a cute hour long, we highlight here below some of the discussion points in case you want to skip to a particular conversation within the  episode - because sequential order for who? 00:00 - meet the guest  _intros (is her CV impressive or what?) 01:49 - goofing around _ social media issa lie (sometimes) 03:30 - I'm a 30-something year old child! 05:53 - first time workplace experiences - what meaneth this? 11:39  - this animal called mentorship 20:38 - first world (flat) organogram vs skyscraper organograms you know where 24:40 - the YouTube channel that was and was not,  we shut it down mama! 25:43 - Rejection *sigh* _ how to deal #likeaboss 28:30 - Haiwawo!! The one killer word with the atomic power of a nuclear weapon 33:30 - real life sports: you got the job....oh no, wait - you didn't! 43:23 - the Zimbabwe quandary - nyaya yepaZimbabwe **spoiler alert** it's deeeeeeeeeep!!! 46:35 - this job thing, we break it down with a whole 100kg hammer 52:00 - education vs skill (I was personally touched; a whole feeling station) 54:44 - Baba Chatunga (Robert Mugabe) needed to be alive to hear this! We have the biggest asset in Zim 58:20 - the hammers basket now doing the rounds, well  because job well done - that was such an awesome talk!! Tipei sando dzedu hahaha Interestingly, this was not meant to be an interview but life happened and here we are!
